This Return, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to training registrations, internship programs, and paid services offered by Quaere eTechnologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Training Registration Cancellation
Applicants may request cancellation of a training registration before the program start date by writing to info@quaeretech.com with their registered name, email, and payment reference.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Before program start: Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the official start date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus applicable administrative charges, if any.
- Within 7 days of start: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on seat allocation and program commencement.
- After program start: No refund shall be provided once the training or internship has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Registration rejected due to incomplete or invalid payment proof
- Duplicate or fraudulent submissions
- Failure to attend after confirmed enrollment without prior cancellation
- Third-party payment gateway or bank charges (if applicable)
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Quaere is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
5. Program Rescheduling
If Quaere reschedules or cancels a program, enrolled participants may choose to transfer to the next available batch or receive a full refund of the registration amount paid.
6. Mode Change Requests
Requests to change training mode (Online/Offline) or location are subject to seat availability and must be submitted before the program start date.
